Privacy Policy
Perpetuallie ("we", "us") provides AI visibility audits for B2B companies. This policy explains, in plain terms, what limited data we collect and why. We are a consulting service, not a software platform. We do not run user accounts, and we collect no more than what a booking tool or basic web analytics require.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and any notes you choose to share, so we can hold the meeting. That data lives with the scheduling provider under their terms.
- Analytics. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool (Plausible) that records aggregate, anonymous usage such as page views and referrers. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: it sets no cookies of its own.
- Audit information. If you engage us for an audit, we collect the business details needed to perform it (your company, category, and competitors). We treat this as confidential.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't run advertising trackers or third-party ad cookies.
- We don't create user accounts or store passwords.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors to run the business: a scheduling/booking tool, privacy-friendly analytics, and standard hosting. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@perpetuallie.com and we'll take care of it.
