Get more real reviews, so customers and AI trust you
You get more real reviews on Google and the sites your customers read, and nobody on your team has to ask for them. Perpetuallie writes the request, sends it after each job or sale, follows up once, and replies to new reviews if you want. Every customer is asked, and no review is filtered or paid for.

Questions
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. We ask every customer. Google's rules do not allow asking only happy customers for reviews. Asking everyone is also more honest, and a few mixed reviews make the good ones easier to believe. We can help you reply to every review, good or bad.
Can I pay or reward customers for reviews?
No. Google's rules ban fake engagement, and that includes paying for reviews or giving discounts or gifts in return for them. Google can remove those reviews and take action against your profile. Asking every customer for an honest review is fine. Make it easy with a direct link, and ask soon after the job is done.
Do reviews affect what AI says about me?
Often, yes. AI assistants read review sites and Google Maps when people ask about local businesses, and they repeat what reviewers say. If reviews say you are slow, AI may say it too. More real reviews, with detail about what you did for the customer, give AI better facts to share.
