Which tools can you connect to?
Most booking, invoicing and CRM tools can send an email or text when a job is marked done. Some do it on their own, and others need a connector such as Zapier. We check the tools you use on the call and tell you what is possible before we build anything. Every login stays in your name.
Does it filter out unhappy customers?
No. It asks every customer in the same way. Google's rules do not allow asking only happy customers for reviews, which is sometimes called review gating. If someone is unhappy, it is better to hear it and reply well. A calm, helpful reply to a bad review often tells new customers more than a good one.
Can I pay or reward customers for reviews?
No. Google's rules ban fake engagement, and that includes paying for reviews or giving discounts or gifts in return for them. Google can remove those reviews and take action against your profile. Asking every customer for an honest review is fine. Make it easy with a direct link, and ask soon after the job is done.
